No. Our First Flight sessions are specifically designed for complete beginners. Our instructors will guide you step by step through your first ride and first flight above the water.
Most riders achieve stable flights within their first 10–20 minutes. With a few additional sessions, many riders become confident and fully comfortable controlling the board.
Depending on the model and conditions, JetWave eFoils can reach speeds of over 40 km/h (25 mph). For beginners, speed is limited to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
That's completely normal and part of the learning process. Simply get back on the board and continue riding. All sessions include safety equipment and instructor supervision.
The Air models offer greater stability and are ideal for learning and progression. Carbon models are lighter, more agile, and designed for riders seeking maximum performance and responsiveness.
An Awake eSurfboard is a high-performance electric surfboard powered by an electric jet propulsion system, allowing you to ride on flat water without waves or towing.
No. Most of our guests have never surfed before. Our training sessions are designed to help beginners quickly learn the basics and enjoy the ride.
Depending on the model and riding mode, Awake boards can reach speeds of over 50 km/h (31 mph), delivering an exciting and dynamic riding experience.
The experience is different. eFoiling focuses on balance and flying above the water, while eSurfing requires body control, acceleration management, and carving turns on the surface.
Every session is carefully planned according to battery capacity. Our instructors continuously monitor battery levels to ensure a safe return to shore with plenty of reserve power.
Yes. All OXEN experiences are conducted with professional safety equipment, certified instructors, and established safety procedures designed to maximize both safety and enjoyment.
Yes. A certified buoyancy vest and helmet are mandatory for all participants throughout the entire session.
Basic swimming ability is recommended. However, every participant wears a certified flotation vest that provides buoyancy and additional safety.
For safety reasons, sessions may be postponed or rescheduled in cases of strong winds, thunderstorms, or unsafe water conditions.
Individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs, as well as those with serious medical conditions that could affect their ability to safely participate, should not ride.
